South Pacific
The coast where KORU was born: powerful waves, lagoons and seaside towns, from Oaxaca to Guerrero.
The South Pacific is the corridor where KORU was born: a stretch of coast between Oaxaca and Guerrero that links surf beaches, lagoons glowing with bioluminescence and towns that live by the rhythm of the sea. From Puerto Escondido — our home and the surf capital — the route runs east toward the nine bays of Huatulco, the free sands of Zipolite and the calm air of Mazunte with its Punta Cometa sunsets; to the west, the scenic highway reaches all the way to Acapulco. It's a region to explore slowly: stretches of low jungle, ocean lookouts and detours to coves you can only reach by land. With KORU RENT you pick your vehicle — a scooter for the nearby beaches, a Jeep 4x4 for the longer escapes — and build your own route along the coast, stopping where the map shows nothing and the moment shows everything.
